Pros

Given all the latest changes, I feel there isn't anything positive other than, your paid on time.

Cons

Flexibility has gone out of the window. LBG has pulled the ability to work compressed hours after your child turns 2, I have been acting up to a higher grade for around 4 years. At the beginning it was done with the agreement that the higher grade role would be advertised, this never happened. With various line manager changes my role is the expectation of me. The Group Executive Committee don't listen to the workforce. They say they do but they don't. The old GEC under Antonio was much better and cared for its work force. Being 35 years old I am hoping that within the next 12-18 months I am faced with redundancy. Being the age I am and given that I have worked for Lloyds for 15 years, this shouldn't be the case. The sentiment is shared with a few of my colleagues.
