Horrible culture - Anonymous employee Lloyds Banking Group Employee Review

Management, especially in some departments, feels at an all time low. Restructures happen every few months with no clear communications (let alone any level of empathy). Everyone is deflated and no one really knows what is going on - things change every few months with people being moved in and out of teams, being made redundant, role titles changing. Yet nothing seems to be improving. No sense of support or encouragement from the leadership team. Overall, not a place where you'll feel happy or supported.
