Cons
They will not stop until they’ve offshored every job role that they can under their new “vision”. Completely disregard for employees who have worked their buts off for them for years under the disguise of “changing for the future”. A huge amount of roles lost to be taken over by AI or being put offshore with no other options to stay in the company. Completely money centric, do not care about the staff they employ or the impact these changes have on them at all. Waste of 10 years of my career working for these fat cats. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere that has empathy for the people they employ and a company who truly wants to make Britain and it’s citizens “prosper”.
