      Pros

      Great work life balance. Long days and hours are not the norm. Technical excellence is rewarded and recognized. Opportunities are available internal to the company. Good benefits. Great coworkers (depending on team) that are invested in their work. Satisfaction in seeing your products and solutions fly. Ethics and ethical culture are forefront in work.

      Cons

      Wages are not very competitive relative to industry. Flex time is below industry standard. Company relies on "heroes" to solve issues. Process and bureaucracy can slow progress.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
