Poor pay. Management makes HUGE decisions for employees on a whim. took away 4/10 schedule. Took away Hybrid. My program made workers come in for a 7 DAY WORK WEEK. While management consistently went on vacations and failed to help in any quantifiable way. Health plan ever more expensive. Moves slower than any other company I've ever worked for and
