Pros
Great working environment, benefits, peers, and opportunities to advance. I enjoyed my years at Lockheed Martin in the Denver area. My managers were interested in my ability to advance in my career. They helped me to do that. The area is beautiful. Social, physical, and emotional status of employees was also of importance to management.
Cons
If you don't take the initiative you could get lost in the crowd. Some employee programs were cut and that decreased morale at times because change is hard.
