Pros
Strong emphasis on ethics, doing what is right, and respecting all employees regardless of rank creates an easy workplace environment to work in.
Cons
Limited opportunities for career change/advancement or even work on new projects. Despite being a large company, it is easy to get pigeon-holed into a job/organization. Compensation is seniority based and not necessarily performance based (as most large companies). Bureaucracy of large organization can drive you nuts sometimes.
