      Technical and leadership growth opportunities; Mentoring; Great work/life balance; Competitive pay & benefits; Great 401k plan

      Cons

      Company culture initiatives sometimes reflected good ideas but they never actually got implemented by leadership (lots of words, not much action); As with many gov't contractors with legacy programs, there is a struggle to obtain technical program knowledge from engineers who have been working for quite some time. They want to remain valuable and not be replaced by younger engineers.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
