Pros
The people are the best thing about this organization, some of the nicest you will ever meet. You'll especially like it if you have conservative values and if you like to have a career that is essential to national security and defense. More young people are being attracted to the company as many of the older employees are retiring.
Cons
There is more separation between management and employees than other companies I have worked at and the workload can be heavy in certain areas with employees taking work home to get it done. Some of this is due to budget cuts and lost contracts.
