      Pros

      Flex hours - You can go in at 10am and no one will say anything. As long as you make your meetings and get your work done. Benefits - Good 401k and Health plans.

      Cons

      Advancing is a difficult. They won't promote you unless you've met the minimum years of working or eduction experience.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
