fridays off, flexible work hours and schedule. great 401 match. 50% of your first 8%. a lot of employee groups and organizations to be involved in to form community and a strong network/volunteer etc.
Cons
10 hour days can be long. all high deductible insurance plans. parking is not the best. have to move teams or sectors to receive promotion.
