Pros
If you are identified as a high contributor you are treated well. Decent benefits, very good work/life balance most of the time. Never said no to a vacation and the experience has been very good upt ot his point.
Cons
Most of the leadership is progressive with their attitude towards the workforce. Some is not. So sometimes I have found it difficult to fight the balance between walking a politically correct type approach and a get it done type attitude. I don't know that this is company specific, just something that struck me as odd.
