      Pros

      Great benefits, Great pay for fresh graduate out college. Multiple opportunity to move around Lockheed Business.

      Cons

      Horrible Management (production). its almost impossible to move around the company and get promoted without knowing someone (good old buddy system). Company bureaucracy in Aeronautics business area is absolutely terrible! Lot of gossip between different departments (production). You will be forced to work undesirable shift with no choice but to comply.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
