      Company name is well known Many locations around the USA & Globe Diverse line of products and programs Accommodates flexible work schedules

      Cons

      Management heavy, very burecratic, inefficient internal processes Manufacturing technology is 10years behind commercial industry Unless you are looking to be a manager, very little growth opportunities Unskilled labor is treated very poorly Compensation lags industry

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
