      Pros

      The pay is reasonable and competitive in the area, commensurate with experience. WLB is excellent, with 40h/wk being the norm, and the new, 4x10 schedule granting every Friday off, provided you have reached 40h total from M-Th. Interesting mix of engineering assignments.

      Cons

      Healthcare benefits are all high deductible plans.

      Good 401k matching (10%), Friendly People, Kind Managers, Job Security, Plenty of growth opportunities, 4/10 Schedule and 3 day weekends

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
