Pros
Management tries hard to do right by the employees, as long as it doesn't cost anything. Great place for junior and mid-range employees. The company is doing some really cool things. Good benefits. Competitive pay.(good, not great)
Cons
Giant aerospace company suffers at the whim of the government budgets. Practices age discrimination. Promotions are rare. Raises are hit and miss. If you happen to work for a bad manager your life will be miserable. Thankfully most managers are not bad. Benefits get cut every year.
