      Pros

      Great company with opportunities to grow. Excellent benefits. I spent 7 years with the company on several projects and was always lucky to work with exceptional managers who looked out for their employees. Assisted where necessary but gave the room to lead.

      Cons

      No downsides with the company but maybe the clients who at times were extremely demanding but really not much different from my current situation.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
