Pros
The pay and benefits are generally good, and the employees are technically competent. The biggest pro is getting to work on some of the world's most interesting, high-tech projects.
Cons
Middle management is lacking in vision and project management skills. However, this is changing with the younger, and more capable employees filling in as the old guard retire.
