Cons
I couldn't find a company profile for "Sikorsky Aircraft", so I'm writing this review under Sikorsky's parent company, Lockheed Martin. Working at Sikorsky must surely be a treat if you happen to be an individual contributor. Under no circumstances will this company ever discipline a poorly performing employee. Once you have the job, just set your work mode to "coast" and you'll be set for the rest of your career. Unfortunately, if you're in a management role, you're probably going to have to deal with a number of these slackers on your team. Those employees certainly don't represent everyone at Sikorsky, but there's plenty of them and they know that they're untouchable. For this reason, it can be maddeningly frustrating to be a manager at Sikorsky.
