Pros
Good people, decent pay, decent benefits, love the mission. Leadership program was cool and they paid for my MBA.
Cons
Regardless of what it says on the logo you work for the US Government and LM moves about as fast as the government as well. Ultimately, they care mostly about tenure in a lot of departments and that makes it hard when you outperform your peers significantly.
