      Pros

      Competitive pay and benefits. 9/80 work schedule.

      Cons

      Some of the very senior level managers use fear and intimidation to manage. I have seen some shockingly disrespectful things said to employees. Their next level group managers and employees are afraid to approach them or bring them bad news. Not a good situation. All of the managers here could use some serious training.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
