Pros
Pay and benefits were good, great coworkers, work environment was very good. Very good worklife balance due to 9/80 workweek.
Cons
Too much politics from management made getting things done properly very difficult. In many cases, management was poor and unqualified to lead engineers and scientists. Upward job progression was very difficult to accomplish due to the system in place
