Work / life balance is good with flex-time policies and a culture which acknowledges family commitments and the need to balance.
Cons
Company is struggling to remain competitive in a changing market. Transformation programmes are as slow to be implemented as one would expect from a huge Corporation; unfortunately this is translating into short term actions such as cost cutting in training, research & development and benefits. Salaries lag behind competitors and continue to fall in competitiveness.
