      Pros

      The people there are great. They are always willing to help you and they make sure that you understand the tasks that you need to do. Pay is not bad. I am quite happy with the amount they offered me for a full time position given that the Binghamton area has a very low cost of living. Managers are willing to help you and deal with any concerns you may have.

      Cons

      The facility where I worked in Owego, NY is so huge that you get lost all the time. You have to ask around your first few days because you will get lost.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
