Absolute Dumpster Fire - Engineer Lockheed Martin Employee Review

Rude coworkers and supervisors. Apathetic work ethic. Impossible to find someone to help or mentor you. I joined with the belief that their ego would be justified, could not be further from the truth. Do not let them intimidate you in an interview or at a job fair, they are not at all what they think they are. Their onboarding process is one of the worst convoluted messes I have ever witnessed, so good luck. Never felt less welcome joining a team ever. You WILL be a number to them.
