Exciting projects, new technology, free food & shirts upon a milestone completion & celebration. Free gym. Clean shop. Assembly & Integration staff goes above & beyond in assistance. Harness & Cable shop has the shop vs support; constant pointing of fingers and bad mounting, sabotage & undoing , instead of goal/ one team mentality.
Cons
Unsafe practices, poor training, low visibility of risk, not enough structure for cohesion. Quite disconnected and frustrating. Recurring conditions with no resolution or skills lab. Cowboy up or get out of the way, instead of defining a process.
