      Pros

      Politics are everywhere, but if you can ignore them, the projects and the work are interesting. Plenty of room to move around. Things are generally well-run and it is a better place to work than many others!

      Cons

      A lot of senior people have retired, leaving gaps in knowledge. But on the flip side, that's an opportunity to grow.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
