Emphasis seems to be favoring process over product. Staff that used to do detailed software development now concentrate on zealous execution of local version of Agile/Scrum. Developers tell me they have to take their own initiative to maintain product integrity. Time formerly spent on detailed implementation and test is now spent paying tribute to Agile. "Sprints" are counterproductive to in-depth understanding of product.
