Inaccurate job descriptions prevail. It is an extremely stressful work environment. Coworkers are not friendly and it's unfortunate management pits employee against employee. Politics within the office make it an unhealthy and incredibly stressful environment. Workloads are unreasonably imbalanced and if you happen to be a seasoned professional, you will get less than cooperative support from management. Age discrimination exists. The good ole boy mentality still exists at Lockheed Martin unfortunately.
