      Pros

      I'm leaving this contract behind. This is the worst-run contract in LM. A 4-10 schedule is fine.

      Cons

      The good old boy network that specialized in DEI. You will be promoted if you watch TV shows while working and have no degree. It is a sad commentary that the Warfighter gets the most incapable. Top to bottom, this place is sick.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
