      Pros

      Good benefits such as hybrid working and being able to work just 4 days a week. The Havant office is nice and has good parking. People are friendly and I felt like I learnt a lot form my time there.

      Cons

      Personally I would have wanted a bit more of a challenge, but I feel like that's more about the role than the company.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
