Pros
Gatekeeping does not happen as often, 3/4 of supervision is legit. The other quarter is either worthless or will toss you to the wolves on a call they made. Benefits are pretty decent, could be better. Transferring between locations is easy when slots are available. Overseas locations are where to be.
Cons
Depending on the Squadron your assigned to will set the base on how your experience will go. As with Active duty, choices of supervision will send waves down to maintenance. As for the shops, I can say LM is a little weird as there tend to be cliques. More than the crews that run around knocking things out.
