Pros
Good pay, flexible hours, some telecommuting available. Depending upon the particular Lockheed Martin company involved, some of the projects can be quite interesting to work on.
Cons
Slow moving due to the nature of the business and the customer. Individual job experiences may vary depending on management. Many "Software Engineers" cannot write code, but are paid as much as those who can. Training dollars are exceedingly scarce. At my work location, we need to dump our own trash.
