Business Outlook
Pros
The work is interesting. Compensation and PTO are standard. You work with a lot of really smart people. Flextime is great.
Cons
Executives are out of touch with the workforce. As of September 4th, Space is getting rid of their hybrid model. You have to be fully in the office or fully remote, with the latter requiring VP approval. Design changes are made by committee and are extraordinarily slow.
