      - sehr nette Arbeitskollegen in meinem Team - gute Organisation und Mitarbeiterorientierung im Team - spannende Aufgaben & Forschungsprojekte

      Cons

      - Organisation des gesamten Team (i.e. Top-Management) ist suboptimal - Home Office wird kaum ermöglicht und war auch nach Corona das erste was wieder abgedreht wurde

      Small classes and very easy to interact with the professors. Many professors have very interactive lectures

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy, and sometimes so much that the department isn't able to follow their own rules.
