Management do not always appreciate students cannot work all the time (even on a part time contract!) Pressure to work irregular hours (till midnight on a weekday). Bullying culture is prevalent amongst regular staff, whom I believe are quite resentful of part-timers and management condone and often promote this. Not the most hygienic of jobs. Tiring work. The unjust attitude of my colleagues and pressure from management to work unsuitable/ unsocial hours ultimately made me leave.
