      Exprience in how to communicate with your peers and customers. One reason why McDonald teach and show you how to created a smile to pleased a clowd. That how I feel when I shop at McDonald; and yes their benefits,sick leave and a chance to show leadership is alway at McDonald. Beside I was a cashier at McDonald I love it I'am sure the customer loving it too!

      Cons

      Promotions and higher paid great foods, drinks and don't forget the change. Most important theme is Mcdonalds is a neighborhood restaurant near me.

      Pros

      Good first job but don't stay for more than 2 years unless you get promoted to a manager.

      Cons

      Job has low pay. Won't give you raises unless they promote you, you are treated the same as a new hire even if you have 2 years of experience. Crew members have no say in anything, they claim when you become a crew trainer your opinion matters.
