Colleagues and peers good to work with. One team. Helping each other. Can do spirit and attitude. Pay and benefits relatively good. Not difficult to get the job done if you are focussed with your time.
Cons
Big disparity between senior staff > Global Grade 6+ and those in lower level managerial and operations based roles in terms of attitude and salary. Them/us. Senior team out of touch of reality of those in the restaurants and field. Global senior leadership and mid-level leadership global grade 6+ mainly based in Chicago run the global business with an American mindset with little thought or knowledge about the rest of the world, which can be frustrating to work with. But if you get your head down and don't challenge the Americans the job can be OK.
