      Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Really talentless people and overall low skill level on the engineering and design teams. Things are consistently poorly designed and implemented. Tech debt is ignored. Efforts to improve things are at best ignored, and at worse actively blocked.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
