Pros
Good pay and benefits. Lots of opportunities in different positions and areas of the business.
Cons
4 days in office and a dashboard that tracks you. Not much room for work life flexibility. If the weather is bad but you have only gone 3 days a week, better expect to still drive to the office… forced to be in office all day while working with majority remote folks in other areas of the country. Seems people often work on their PTO and somewhat expect you to as well.
