      Pros

      Good company to work for and the benefits are great. I would say it’s a good place to gain some experience. I’ve had a good experience with management in my time here and have gotten to work with a lot of kind, smart people.

      Cons

      Each year things seem more and more shaky. Growth opportunities feel limited. Salary could be better with the size of the company.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
