      good compensation, good benefits, good educational assistance programs for college education advancement. Ability to travel to international location, good exposure to different experiences

      Cons

      too many direct reports, too many silos, not enough communication between groups. Too many meeting with out clear focus, too mnay people in the meetings

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
