      Pros

      Willingness to spend money when necessary on software, materials, and training. Flexiable hours to for work/life balance. On the tail end of migrating from small shop to corporate culture transition. Very friendly people and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Very politically correct. Extremely sensitive to innocent mistakes.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
