      Pay was very good. Very employee friendly. Benefits were outstanding. Onsite fitness center a plus. Onsite cafeteria was wonderful. Parking garage was nice attraction.

      Cons

      A lot of corporate politics and red tape. Leadership was slow to make decisions and changed their minds often. Economy has impacted sales which impacts bonuses.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
