      Favoritism. Can only refer to the Littleton MA site. People get promoted based on their relationships with the site leader and not by their skills.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
