      Difficult to move up the latter, slow development pace, not great at innovation and risk taking, pay could be better

      The mission. Work life balance. Great co workers. Opportunity to work on various products.

      Cons

      Typical issues of a HUGE company. Too many title chasers with lack of accountability. Stock has been flat for years.
