      Pros

      Pay is OK. Benefits are OK. Location if easy to commute to. Building is OK. Most of the Staff are nice.

      Cons

      - Far too Political. - Management needs a big shake-up. - Complete lack of employee training. - Complete lack of employee development (contrary to what they say on there website). - Complete lack of employee support (contrary to what they say on there website). - Pay-freeze & redundancies while the canteen gets re-fitted, & Higher Management target bonuses?

      Very supportive Sr level management team

      Cons

      There was some crab barrel mentality among peers. I trusted no one with personal information to it being used against me early on. I was so secretive that no one knew what type of vehicle I drove for over 10 yrs.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
