Pros
I am perfectly happy working at Medtronic. I was hired during the pandemic and so I started remote and have been fully remote for the last 10 months. Just this month they are having us move to a hybrid schedule where we're required to go into the office ~4 days/month. Really not bad, especially since I expected to go in when I was hired. Great work life balance, decent pay, and you know what's expected of you. I will say your teammates and supervisor can make or break your experience here. Overall, I would recommend it to others.
Cons
Some supervisors will micromanage, you must work on a team every single day and your commission depends on your teammates. Sometimes you don't get great teammates and that can make things hard. A lot of back orders and slow FDA review can make for frustrated customers, but that's not just with Medtronic.
