Pros
It's a good company with very good infrastructure. I learned and put in practice a lot of my engineering knowledge.
Cons
Medtronic needs to work on developing its managers in order for them to be true and fair leaders. In my experience, I came across situations where some managers had their favorite employees and offered trainings to people who didn't really deserve them.
