Pros

The comp is pretty good and the people are friendly.

Cons

At the time, the company was claiming as a goal to be "the leading medical technology company" while also not requiring vaccines for COVID-19 to return to the office. Management moved to have everyone return to the office for a few days a week, but with no requirements for vaccination, or any other non-medical interventions. I asked if I would be able to stay fully remote given that everyone I work with is out of state and was told no, without any reason given. I also was hired by one manager who knew that I would be moved to another team within three months, did not tell me this during the interview process, and was then moved to another manager eight months later.

Cons

People are expected to deliver above-average results with below-average processes. The stock’s performance has earned this pressure, but there is no obvious, quick path to improvement. Your experience in that corporate environment will depend on your supervisor either being a leader or a manager.
